Grenkow’s Strawberry U-Pick, a strawberry u-pick farm located minutes from Winnipeg on Brady Road (5 km west of St. Norbert).
Grenkow’s U-Pick started in 1998 as a very small strawberry u-pick hobby. With three small children and lots of energy we have had a great time “growing” our new business.
Our families have a long history of farming in Manitoba, mainly in dairy. The Grenkows farmed near Stony Mountain and the Van Walleghems farmed in Fort Garry.
As soon as the strawberry season starts in late June/early July we update this website, facebook and instagram daily with all the info you need to come out strawberry picking. Strawberry season is approx three weeks long. Our website will inform you of the hours of operation, the picking conditions, what to bring, directions, etc. Contact us if you have any questions.

NOW CLOSED FOR THE SEASON!
**** As some of you have heard this was our last year in the strawberry patch! From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank each and every one of you for the support over the past 20 years! Our goal when we started was to provide a fun family oriented place to visit but we also wanted to teach the young how their food was grown. Many elderly also rekindled memories of long ago! So hopefully we have added a few positive experiences to your life’s journey!
It has been a pleasure and a blessing serving you all! We will miss this part of our life but are definitely looking forward to our own new adventures! Take care and we might see you next year picking over at the neighbor’s strawberry patch! (Cormier’s!!)
Colin and Debbie Grenkow xoxo
